Prospello Charitable Foundation is a non-profit community founded by Prospello global group of companies by collaborating with different institutions in providing social service and aids to the needy. It has a comprehensive development approach, Its prime objective is to create and support meaningful activities through innovative institutions to address some of the society’s most pressing developmental challenges The Foundation lays significant emphasis on leveraging technology for developmental solutions. Following its model of direct engagement, and support the Foundation directly reaches out to the affected people through trained volunteers and representatives The core aim of Prospello charitable foundation is to empower the poor communities by generating career opportunities, providing education, food and shelter to the needy. In this journey we take up pride in hosting campaigns, fundraising events etc to ensure we do support them as much as we can.Our strategy is to Engage, Empower, Execute and Exit: To engage rural communities with corporates, young urban India, not-for-profit organizations and government to empower our communities to execute programs that transform their own lives.
StartUp Community
The backbone of our country's economy is the incoming foreign funds. To accelerate its influx, our products and services need to reach the international market. This is possible when there are more innovative entrepreneurs and new startups.
The current ecosystem of our society is not yet fully adequate to promote entrepreneurs and startups. The different aspects of starting a venture, like its idea validation, team development, funding, etc are not hassle-free as they should be. This is why we need a strong startup ecosystem to build more startups and promote our economic growth. we have our Startup community into building a strong startup ecosystem for our society. We mould entrepreneurs and build startups from scratch and take them to a highly scalable level, thereby creating more job opportunities and facilitating remarkable economic growth for our nation.

The Employee Welfare Committee
The Employee Welfare Committee exist to contribute to the greater success of the prospello's Employee community by promoting a positive and supportive work environment. The Employee Welfare Committee is committed to helping Prospello to look after the needs of all Employees to maintain high staff morale. Committee shall operate as a recognized part of the prospello's governance system, providing a forum for open communication and ongoing dialogue among all employees including employees in daughter and sub ventures and the Chief Human Resource Officer of Prospello Global. It seeks to plan and organize recreational events and activities that will contribute to meeting these needs. it shall be a consultative and deliberative body with authority to make recommendations on all matters which have a significant bearing on the working environment of the staff. it will serve as a nominating body for staff appointments to administrative committees, and for other task forces and search committees as requested.
Risk Management Committee
Prospello Risk Management Committee is formed to Oversee implementation / Monitoring of Risk Management Plan and Policy and also to make sure the risk of the firm always remains to be minimized in all its activities and departments. it also ensures Periodically review and evaluate the Risk Management Policy and Practices with respect to risk assessment and risk management processes and also Continually obtain reasonable assurance from management that all known and emerging risks have been identified and mitigated or managed;
